    Our silk embroideries are 100% hand not machine embroidered. We only make and sell high quality handmade silk embroideries. We never make or sell low quality embroideries or machine-made embroideries.

  • How can I know the proceed of my silk embroidery?
    While your embroidery is being made, we will keep you updated by emailing you photos and videos,or you can add us what'sapp,facebook,we will message you.
  • Can i combine separate pictures in one painting ?
    Yes we can combine many pictures in one embroidery, upload the pictures and let we know your special request.
  • How do I send my photo?
    Please click the 'Choose Photo' button on this page to attach your photo to your order. We will automatically receive your photo along with your order when you use this method. If you are unable to attach your photo with your order pleaser email - sybil@sohu.com to us after you place your order (remember to include your order ID and name).
  • How can I get offers of bulk amounts?
    If there was a bulk order discount you will notice it when you are at the shopping cart, if not you can send us an email titled “offer request”. We will send you an offer. Please note that this feature should only be used for bulk quantity price requests.
  • When can I receive my handmade silk embroidery?
    Artist embroidery time (30-35 days) UPS/FedEx/DHL shipping (5-7 Days)
